To add a new flock, open the Flock Sense app and navigate to Farms → Sheds and select the shed you want to assign the flock to. Tap the "+ Add Flock" button, then enter the flock details including name, breed, start date, and initial bird count. Tap "Save" to create the flock. It will immediately appear in your flock list and you can start logging daily records right away.

Health records are managed under the Health tab within any flock. You can log vaccinations by selecting "Add Vaccination" and entering the vaccine name, date, dose, and which birds were treated. For treatments and medications, tap "Add Treatment" and fill in the medicine details. You can also record general health observations and set reminders for upcoming vaccinations. All records are stored with timestamps for easy reference and vet visits.

Go to the Feed section from the main menu. Here you can add your feed types and record stock quantities. Each time you purchase feed, tap "Add Stock" to log the quantity and cost. When recording daily flock data, you'll be prompted to enter the amount of feed consumed that day — this automatically deducts from your inventory. You'll receive a notification when stock falls below your set threshold. The app also calculates your Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) automatically.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link via email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team and we'll help you regain access to your account.

Yes, the security and privacy of your farm data is our top priority. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. Your data is stored on secure, redundant cloud servers with daily backups. We never sell or share your farm data with third parties.
